  • The 48-hour turnaround begins once all required photos and forms are approved and completing the 15 minute intial consultation. P Delays in submitting materials will delay the delivery time.

  • We accept a limited number of rush orders each week (maximum 2) to ensure quality and fast turnaround. Rush orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Rush service is available for most analyses, subject to availability. If my schedule is full, rush orders may be temporarily unavailable.

  • The 48-hour timeframe begins only after all required materials are correctly submitted and approved, and the initial consultation is completed.

    If revisions or additional information are needed, the delivery timeline will adjust accordingly.

  • In the unlikely event that your order cannot be completed within the 48-hour timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. Your order will remain prioritised, and you will receive a complimentary service upgrade of your choice as a courtesy.

    This may include additional pages in your report, extra recommendations, bonus styling guidance, or a short personal Zoom consultation. Rush fees are non-refundable.
