I primarily work with women at various stages of life who are seeking to make positive changes in their personal presentation. My objective is to support clients in developing confidence in their appearance through informed, practical guidance. Services are focused on providing structured recommendations and education in styling principles to enhance overall presentation.
All recommendations are tailored to the client’s individual lifestyle, personal preferences, goals, and environment. Only options that are appropriate and suitable for the client will be suggested. For example, recommendations commonly associated with a particular colour season or style category will not be made if they do not align with the client’s personality or stated preferences.
The consultancy does not rely on rigid classification alone. While guidance may include suggestions regarding colour season, hairstyle, or other structural elements, these are provided to support informed decision-making and to offer flexible, practical options rather than prescriptive rules.
Clients are expected to attend all scheduled consultations on time. A session will be considered cancelled and forfeited under the following circumstances:
In such cases, the written report will still be prepared and delivered to the client.
Requests for extensions to submit required materials and/or requests to reschedule appointments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. Such requests must be submitted by email, moonyhue@gmail.com before the end of the 7-day submission period.
Refunds are not provided for reasons including, but not limited to, exchange rate fluctuations. Requests for extensions or rescheduling are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the policy outlined above.
